This guide explains the different types of collections within the VRHC holdings

About

As the officially designated archives of both the Victoria College and the University of Houston-Victoria, the Victoria Regional History Center acquires the inactive published and unpublished records of these institutions that are deemed to have long-term value.

Records no longer needed by the university for day-to-day referral but that have permanent legal, fiscal, administrative, and historical value.
