Jules Carl Leffland established the architectural firm of Jules C. Leffland, Architect in Victoria, Texas in the 1890s. He later formed various architectural partnerships with James C. Hull, Kai Leffland, and Sam H. Dixon, Jr. The collection includes the drawing plans from the firms of Jules Leffland, Architect (1898-1924) Hull and Leffland (undated), Leffland & Son (circa 1912-1917), and Leffland, Son & Dixon (1912).
